The location of the hotel was perfect for our holiday. It was close to the main attractions and the bus stop, making it easy for us to explore the area. The pool area was one of the best aspects of the hotel. It was a great place to relax and cool off on hot days. The communal areas were also well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for guests.

One aspect that we disliked was the digital registration process. It was quite bothersome and caused some troubles during our stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this amazing boutique hotel for a few nights and we had an incredible time. The accommodation was close to everything without being noisy, making it the perfect location. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The small rooftop pool was a beautiful feature, and the breakfast was delicious and complete. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of decor and ambiance, and we cannot wait to come back. I had an amazing stay at Vico Bianco Raro Villas Smart Rooms Collection. The room was beautifully designed in a unique Grotta style, and the location was perfect - quiet yet close to everything Ostuni has to offer. The highlight for me was the spa, which added a luxurious touch to my stay.

The communication with the hotel was poor, as I only received the entrance codes on the day of check-in. This could have been an issue if I didn't have instant internet access.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room exceeded our expectations with its beautiful decor and modern style. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main streets in the old town, and the staff, especially Mary, were incredibly helpful and made our stay pleasant.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at a fabulous accommodation! The staff at Vico Bianco Raro were absolutely amazing, providing 5-star service and a gorgeous breakfast. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the historic center and close to a convenient bus stop. Everything about this place, from the decor to the rooftop pool, exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend Vico Bianco Raro enough!

Nothing that I didn't like.

Free WiFi for all my Instagram posts, but I’m not sure if anyone actually saw them. Delicious Italian breakfast that almost made up for the unclean rooms and broken aircon. Lovely lady serving breakfast was the highlight.

Smelly rooms, broken aircon, and I had to pay extra for a tiny sofa bed. But hey, at least the Netflix occasionally connected!

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration and design of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and stunning, with comfortable beds that were perfect for us senior folks. The general areas, like the terrace and communal lounge, were also well-maintained and provided a lovely space to relax. I especially appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior people, with a quiet side street location and private parking that made it easy for us to come and go without any fuss.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more presence of the children working there. While the staff was friendly and helpful during breakfast, it would have been nice to have someone available at other times as well, especially for any assistance or questions we may have had throughout the day.
